In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Summer is the season of fire, expansion, and heart energy. It is a time of outward expression, vitality, connection, and full bloom. The Heart (Xin) is considered the Emperor—the seat of consciousness and spirit (Shen). When balanced, the heart radiates warmth, joy, and authentic connection to self and others. For men, this season invites a powerful reclamation of joy—not as fleeting pleasure or performative happiness, but as a deeply rooted, embodied state of aliveness. Joy in its true form is a reflection of inner harmony, self-acceptance, and the courage to be fully seen. In a world where masculine identity is often tethered to control, productivity, and emotional restraint, Summer Joy becomes a sacred act of defiance and remembrance. It asks us to soften the armor, open the heart, and embrace authentic masculinity grounded in presence, play, and genuine connection. Session Dates: June 12: Online I June 26: Gathering I July 10: Online I July 24: Gathering II August 14: Online III August 28: Gathering III Energy Exchange: $333 for all 6 sessions (3 in-person, 3 online) Includes a workbook Access to a private WhatsApp group for ongoing community connection. Cancellation Policy
To ensure a harmonious experience for all participants, please review the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Registration and Payment: 1.1. All participants must register and pay the full fee prior to the start of the series. 1.2. Payment methods accepted include credit or debit card. 1.3 Insurance reimbursement is available, contact us. 1.4 Payment plans may be available, contact us for details. 2. Participation: 2.1. Participants are expected to arrive on time for each session to maintain the flow and integrity of the group experience. 2.2. Respect for the facilitator and fellow participants is paramount. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the series without a refund. 3. Health and Well-being: 3.1. Participants should inform the facilitator of any physical or mental health conditions that may affect their participation. 3.2. The series is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4. Liability: 4.1. Sacred Space is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the series. 4.2. Participants engage in the series at their own risk. 5. Intellectual Property: 5.1. All materials provided during the series are the intellectual property of Sacred Space, Resonance Breathwork & Arrive Wellness and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. 6. Privacy: 6.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties. 7. Cancellation by Client: 7.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to oursacredspace.ca@gmail.com 7.2. Cancellations received more than 7 days before the start of the series will receive a full refund, minus a $99 administrative fee. 7.3. Cancellations received within 7 days of the start of the series will receive a 50% refund. 7.4. No refunds will be issued once the series has commenced. 8. Cancellation by Sacred Space: 8.1. In the unlikely event that Sacred Space must cancel the series, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future series. 9. Changes to the Series: 9.1. Sacred Space reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, facilitator, or content of the series as necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
