Welcome to the Sacred Space. To ensure a harmonious experience for all participants, please review the following Terms & Conditions: **1. Registration and Payment:** 1.1. All participants must register and pay the full fee prior to the start of the meditation series. 1.2. Payment methods accepted include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. **2. Participation:** 2.1. Participants are expected to arrive on time for each session to maintain the flow and integrity of the group experience. 2.2. Respect for the facilitator and fellow participants is paramount. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the series without a refund. **3. Health and Well-being:** 3.1. Participants should inform the facilitator of any physical or mental health conditions that may affect their participation. 3.2. The meditation series is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. **4. Liability:** 4.1. Sacred Space is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the meditation series. 4.2. Participants engage in the series at their own risk. **5. Intellectual Property:** 5.1. All materials provided during the meditation series are the intellectual property of Sacred Space and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. **6. Privacy:** 6.1. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties. **7. Cancellation by Client:** 7.1. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [your email address]. 7.2. Cancellations received more than 7 days before the start of the series will receive a full refund, minus a [specific amount or percentage] administrative fee. 7.3. Cancellations received within 7 days of the start of the series will receive a 50% refund. 7.4. No refunds will be issued once the series has commenced. **8. Cancellation by Sacred Space:** 8.1. In the unlikely event that Sacred Space must cancel the series, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future series. **9. Changes to the Series:** 9.1. Sacred Space reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, facilitator, or content of the series as necessary. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
