Service Description
This 90-minute deep dive is a sacred blend of conversation, energy, and ceremony, anchored by the heart-opening spirit of cacao. We begin with grounding breath and meditation to arrive in presence, followed by intentional cacao drinking to connect with heart energy and emotional truth. From there, we journey through intuitive mentoring, energetic alignment, and sound or Reiki support as guided by your needs in the moment. Cacao deepens awareness, softens the mind, and opens space for emotional release and heart-centered clarity. We’ll close with a gentle integration process, reflection, and grounding tools to carry your insights forward. Cacao will be prepared ceremonially with mindfulness. Please let me know of any allergies, caffeine sensitivities, or medical contraindications before booking. Each session may include: Grounding & Breath – arrive in presence and soften the nervous system Centering Meditation – reconnect to inner wisdom and clarity Intention Check-In – what’s unfolding or seeking alignment Intuitive Guidance – grounded insights drawn from energy, intuition, and lived experience Embodied Strategy – practical next steps rooted in clarity, ease, and purpose Integration Reflection – tools or practices to continue the shift Optional tools woven in intuitively: oracle or tarot cards, energy reading, visualization, journaling prompts, or simple rituals.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to book with Sacred Space Wellness Inc. Each session and ceremony is held with deep care and preparation, your time is sacred, and so is mine. To honor the energetic exchange and maintain flow in scheduling, please review the following policies before booking: Booking & Payment All bookings must be confirmed through the website, email, or direct message. Full payment (or deposit, if offered) is required to secure your session or event spot. Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session if proper notice is given. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for 1:1 sessions, events or circles or ceremonies. Cancellations made within these time frames may be rescheduled once at no cost. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the session fee, as time and energetic preparation have already been committed. Arriving for Your Session Please arrive (or log in) a few minutes early so you can settle in and be fully present when we begin. For in-person sessions, allow time to find parking and ground your energy before entering the space. If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. Energy & Consent All sessions are offered in a safe, trauma-informed, and consent-based space. You are always welcome to pause, ask questions, or adjust your experience at any time. Your comfort, boundaries, and well-being are a priority throughout our time together. Confidentiality All shared information during sessions or events is held in confidence and privacy. No personal stories, details, or energetic insights will ever be shared outside of session context. By booking a session or event, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
