Each week, we create a 2-hour container that flows with grace and intention:
Gentle Welcoming: As you enter, feel the embrace of a warm and gentle welcome. This is your time and space to be truly seen and heard.
Grounding into the Space: We begin by grounding ourselves with soft movement or a guided meditation, allowing us to connect deeply with the space, the present moment, and each other.
