Begin your journey with a quiet and warm welcoming, setting the tone for a peaceful and introspective experience.

Grounding into the Space: 

We start by grounding ourselves with gentle techniques such as soft movement, smudging, or aromatherapy, allowing us to fully arrive in the present moment and connect with the sacred space.

Introductions and Intentions:

Participants are invited to introduce themselves and share their intentions for the session, creating a sense of community and shared purpose.

Guided Meditation:

Flow into a deeply relaxing guided meditation, designed to help you connect with the space, the moment, and each other. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, our sessions offer a gentle and accessible approach.

Sacred Elements: 

We weave in elements of smudging or aromatherapy, insights from the current moon phase, and wisdom from oracle decks to enrich our practice and deepen our connection.
