About the event
Join Aurora for a deeply grounding and rejuvenating experience in honor of the New Moon. This unique session weaves together restorative & yin yoga, grounding breath, and the healing power of live sound instruments.
The evening flow includes:
Grounding breath practice
4–5 restorative/yin poses
Live soundscape with crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, flutes, Ceremonial drum, koshi chimes, and more
1-hr sound bath + guided journaling prompts, sharing circle (optional)
