About the event
Join Aurora for a deeply grounding and rejuvenating experience in honor of the New Moon. This unique session weaves together restorative & yin yoga, grounding breath, and the healing power of live sound instruments.
The evening flow includes:
Grounding breath practice
4–5 restorative + yin asanas with long holds
Live soundscape with crystal bowls, koshi chimes, and more
Closing sound bath + guided journaling prompts
